FUN IN CALIFORNIA IN AUGUST

A beautiful setting on Redondo Beach!

I was able to fly to California and be with Bryan while he was working in California since he was gone on a week long "stint" there, and in between the work we were able to play at the pool and Beach! Bry was able to get some Body Surfing in and was super surprised how warm the Ocean was!!! I was just passed out on the Beach soaking up the sun!!

We are hoping the California runs will be slowing down a bit now because the demand in Brys Spokane Hospitals are high! We can hope! I sure miss my boy when he is gone!

Hillstead Family is Hooked on "Wake Surfing"!!

And SSShhhhhhhheeee's up !!! Once I got up I loved it! It was quite fun! We owe this fun stuff to our Son-In-Law Todd, who let us borrow his cool board and got us hooked on the new Sport!

Ummm Yes.... my first ride didn't go so well!! Drank a little water there!

What a great weekend it was! Mel and Todd flew in from Boise on Thursday, Friday they went to Silverwood with Bryan and Rode the Roller Coasters and Played in the Water Park all Day! Saturday we went to Spirit Lake, It was perfect weather and calm waters which makes for great Wake Boarding!

Dads 4th of July Project!

Bry is such a Multi talented person, it amazes me! When we were visiting Elisha in St George we noticed that most every one had "pergalos" off of there porches to help shade the intence sun, so Bry mapped it out on paper and built one in 2 days!!! in between boating....almost crushing our dog with a beam......he did it! I am so proud of him!!

Oh Yea Its Finally Summer!!!

It July 3rd and we hit the Lake, what a fantastic day it was! The water was warm and we only had 3 other boats on the Lake with us!! And yes it was a momentus Day in the Hillstead Family! Mom got up on the Wake Board and actually stayed up!! Quite shocking for all! It was a blast! Here are some Pics of our day!
